Ivy Tech Group School Lawrenceburg and Batesville Hires Matt Dole as Employer Guide

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Ivy Tech Group School Lawrenceburg/Batesville learners can now participate in the College’s recently introduced plan, Career Coaching and Employer Connections (CCEC), which delivers collectively vocation progress and employer outreach to meet the requires of the workforce. This strategic strategy will emphasize extensive profession readiness procedures along with educational planning in the course of a student’s school working experience.  CCEC also gains companies by serving to them find best expertise for their workforce demands and/or talent-up latest employees with custom coaching.

Ivy Tech Neighborhood College of Lawrenceburg and Batesville is delighted to announce that Matt Dole has been hired as the Employer Consultant with the CCEC system.  Dole joined Ivy Tech on May well 24, 2021 right after a 30-yr career in human means and advertising and marketing. Mr. Dole recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer with General Electric powered Credit Union in Cincinnati. In the job of Employer Guide with Ivy Tech, Dole will direct outreach to companies, align expertise pipeline enhancement with employer and industry demand, and help to present workforce teaching and upskilling requirements of employer and community associates.
